National Core Indicators Louisiana Family Survey 2009

During fiscal year 2007/2008, the Louisiana Office for Citizens with Developmental Disabilities (OCDD) participated in the National Core Indicators (NCI) Project, along with 25 other states. The purpose of NCI Project is to identify and measure core indicators of performance of state developmental disabilities services systems. The NCI Project is co‚Äźsponsored by the National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services (NASDDDS) and the Human Services Research Institute (HSRI). Through this project, three family surveys were sent to the families of people with developmental disabilities participating in various developmental disabilityprograms, including: EarlySteps, Individual and Family Support,Cash Subsidy, New Opportunities Waiver, Supports Waiver, Children’s Choice Waiver, Public Intermediate Care Facilities for People with Developmental Disabilities, and Private Intermediate Care Facilities for People with Developmental Disabilities.
