Certified Medication Attendants Report

Senate Bill No. 93 of the 2011 Regular Session requires DHH to prepare and deliver annual interim reports to the Senate Committee on Health and Welfare and the House Committee on Health and Welfare for purposes of performance evaluation and continuance of the medication attendant certification program for certified nurse aides.
