Targeted Population
Special emphasis and priority will be placed on reaching those adolescents and adults involved in the criminal justice system and methamphetamine users. However, ATR-II will be available to all Louisiana residents in the identified Target Areas who are deemed clinically and financially eligible for the program.

Client Eligibility
- Client has clinical diagnosis of alcohol and/or drug abuse or dependence; AND
- Client income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level
Priority Admission Criteria
- Client meets all Eligibility Criteria and falls into one of the following categories:
- Criminal Justice Involvement – defined as incarcerated within past 12 months; currently on probation/parole; or referred by the criminal justice/court system
- Methamphetamine or Ecstasy Use in the “past 90 days
