Provider Enrollment Information:

EarlySteps enrolls providers as independent vendors, rather than employees of the system. Please contact the EarlySteps Coordinator in your region for information about enrollment. Please see the required enrollment form list below:

Pay Schedule and Reimbursement:

Central Finance Office:

EarlySteps uses the services of the Central Finance Office contract agency for its provider enrollment, central directory (service matrix), service authorizations, claims submission and claims payment functions. Learn more
