The Human Resources staff provides services to applicants, employees, and managers in the following areas: Time & Attendance, Employee Relations, Labor Law Compliance, Classification, Pay Administration, Performance Planning & Review, Drug Testing, and Employee Administration.

Training & Staff Development
The Training Section provides and coordinates staff development opportunities for employees of the Department of Health & Hospitals. Employees may find information on the DHH Intranet by clicking here.

Purpose
To develop, implement, and administer programs that will enhance the development of our employees to better serve the citizens of the State of Louisiana.
