CDC Establishes Fraud and Abuse Mailbox Due to recent concerns regarding suspected cases of 2009 H1N1 influenza vaccine fraud and abuse, a separate 'fraud and abuse' e-mail box has been established. State/local health departments can report cases of suspected fraud and abuse via e-mail to: H1N1FraudAbuse@cdc.gov. Suspected cases of theft and/or counterfeit should be immediately reported to the 'CDC H1N1 Fraud and Abuse' e-mail box.
