Medicaid Purchase Plan Consumer Surveys

As part of the ongoing quality assurance, DHH is sending out surveys to a percentage of the applicants, who were found eligible or were denied, to determine the effectiveness of out reach efferts and program simplification for the Medicaid Purchase Plan.  These surveys are divided into three catagories, rejections,certifications, and follow-up with active MPP recipients.
